Bendy Bodies

 Dancers are at an increased risk of joint hypermobility which can be accompanied by chronic pain and multisystemic symptoms.  Bendy Bodies with the Hypermobility MD podcast provides a platform for in-depth discussions with experts from various disciplines related to hypermobility.  With a focus on cutting-edge research and topics, delivered with clarity and empathy, the podcast educates hypermobile performers, enabling them to optimize both their career longevity and overall well-being.

Commercial Dance Intensive (CDI)

  Founded in 2014, the Commercial Dance Intensive is a training platform for young dancers who want to make it in the professional dance world. Outside of your typical dance class, CDI provides seminars on taxes, unions, contracts, marketing, agents, how to be on camera, dance in high heels, audition for Broadway, a music video, or an NFL Cheer team, take a headshot, and even have an opportunity to be in a music video with an artist.
